We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nephrology Physician to join our esteemed medical team at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in their community.

About the Role:

This employed position offers a competitive salary range of $**$300,000 - $450,000 per year**, depending on experience, with additional incentives for performance-based bonuses and productivity-driven compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous CME allowance of $5,000, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, and relocation support of up to $10,000.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or eligible with American Board Certification, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a seasoned NP and participate in a manageable call schedule of 10 days per month, with potential for additional paid shifts.
