Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients' needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited academic nursing program required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited academic nursing program preferred.
- 1-2 years RN experience required.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment, or multistate compact state or license eligible required.
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required.
