Experienced Physical Therapist Wanted for Skilled Nursing Facility

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist who shares our commitment to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional service. Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining physical health and preventing injuries.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and other support staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Licensure and Certification: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice or eligibility to apply.
- Education and Training: Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent).
- CPR and BLS Certification: Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
