About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team on a travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Radiology Technologist to work in a Cath Lab setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in radiology and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • One to three years experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
