Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, developing detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities, defining requirements for technology solutions options.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, including as-is and to-be processes.
- Assist testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
- Contribute to project management activities, including scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks, and communicating activity status.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business process and technology operations.
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting one or more business functions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and process mining tools, such as Blueworks Live, Signavio, and Visio.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks, Agile Central, JIRA, and MS Office tools.
