- Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of our service bay and technician schedules.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, conveying vehicle issues and service recommendations accurately.
- Provide clear explanations of service options, timelines, and costs to customers, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Generate accurate repair orders, ensuring all necessary details and information are documented.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs, addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Writer or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
