Spacecraft Engineering Internship Opportunities

About This RoleThis internship will provide hands-on experience in spacecraft engineering, with opportunities to contribute to hardware or software design, create or support test campaigns, and perform necessary analysis to support development and testing.
As a member of our Integration & Test team, you'll be actively involved in closing out W-4 work in the spring and starting a fresh build of W6 by the summer.
You'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects critical to the company's success, while learning from some of the most accomplished and experienced aerospace professionals in the world.
Responsibilities- Own or contribute to hardware or software design to support development of spacecraft or payload
- Create or support test campaigns and build test stands
- Perform necessary analysis to support development and testing
- Hands-on experience in any discipline from project teams or internships
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes (5S, production floor space, etc)
- Python experience
- Modeling/Assembly CAD experience
- Previous internship or co-op experience
- Previous experience on technical project teams (i.e. Rocket club, formula SAE, etc)
- Exciting team of professionals at the top of their field to work alongside
- Working in El Segundo, CA - an awesome Southern California beach city with quick access to entertainment and outdoor activities
