Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with clients and implement behavior therapy techniques to help them acquire and maintain skills.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and school staff, respecting their values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes.
- Document interventions and progress towards goals, collecting behavior data as specified in the client's behavior plan.
- Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help clients develop and maintain personal relationships and live in their community.

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or the desire to pursue certification (paid for by BAYADA).
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
