Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is licensed to work in New Mexico, with recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and adhering to the organization's vision, values, and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery, communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
- RN Registered Nurse License/Certification
- 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse RN
- 1 year of recent experience specializing in Medical Surgical
- Current Registered Nurse license to work in the state of NM
- Current Basic Life Support certification
