Banking Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Teller to join our team at EastRise Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records, balancing cash drawers and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, anticipating their needs and providing service that exceeds their expectations
• Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, providing members with information and guidance as needed

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Previous cash handling experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service
