Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
  • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
  • Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
  • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
  • Manage care of patients.
  • Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
  • Provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of strong experience in critical care and a background in med/surg.
  • ICU CCU HIGH ACUITY experience.
  • High acuity, ratio 1:1 to max 1:3.
  • Covid Care Required.
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
  • BLS-AHA.
  • ACLS-AHA.
