Role Overview:

As the Lead Architect for the Servicing and Operations domain, you will spearhead architectural strategies for various critical functions including Loan Activity Processing, Loss Mitigation Management, and Operations Transparency initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in architecture and technology strategy within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in leading transformative technology initiatives.
  • Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through collaboration and influence.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Cloud Enablement best practices.

Specialized Skills:

  • Experience in developing architecture blueprints and supporting Agile implementations.
  • Ability to drive innovation in architecture and business processes.
  • Familiarity with mortgage business capabilities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present analyses and persuade stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching senior architects.
  • Technical proficiency in AWS cloud services, microservice architecture, and non-functional requirements.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Proven AWS experience.
  • Extensive architecture experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Single Family operations.
