Salary and Benefits
This is a rare chance to earn between $200,000 and $235,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k)/RRSP, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee every aspect of the project, from construction to budget management, ensuring all objectives align with contract terms and timelines. They will develop and implement detailed schedules, pay estimates, and resource plans to meet production goals and maintain project flow.
The Transformational Water Infrastructure Project Manager will lead and inspire a talented project team, creating staffing plans and ensuring the successful completion of all objectives. They will provide technical leadership in project pursuits, contract negotiations, and stakeholder collaborations.
The ideal candidate will forge partnerships with regulatory bodies, landowners, and business owners to ensure seamless project execution. They will identify risks and opportunities, managing change orders and presenting monthly project reports to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the Transformational Water Infrastructure Project Manager will require:
- 15+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong background in managing large, complex projects.
- 10+ years leading and managing project teams.
- Specific experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is an asset.
- Expertise in project delivery methods such as bid-build, CMGC, and design-build.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to mentor cross-functional project teams.
