Clinical Dietitian

RiverView Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing and caring for the nutritional needs of patients within our hospital, clinics, and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition and a valid State of Minnesota Registered Dietitian license. Previous experience in assessment, teaching, and patient education in the outpatient clinical setting is preferred. Certification in diabetic instruction is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and care for the nutritional needs of patients
• Develop and maintain quality improvement for nutrition service lines
• Develop staff in-servicing relating to nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Teach RiverView sponsored classes and seminars
• Participate in patient care committees and serve as a representative for RiverView on community-based service and activities
