Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
