Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the inventory lots, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in designated areas.
  • Receive and process new vehicles, including logging and resetting seat memory, AC, and radio settings.
  • Fulfill sales staff requests regarding sold cars and test drive cars, including disconnecting and reconnecting trickle charges.
  • Charge electric vehicles and ensure all vehicles in the showroom are immaculately presented.
  • Collaborate with the Car Wash Manager to ensure all vehicles are washed or cleaned as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a 5-star experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles and maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize deliveries and stay on schedule.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly responsible, professional, and reliable, with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles, and safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including maintaining composure under stress.
