Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Omaha. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities- Perform bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care services for patients
- Answer patient lights and provide timely services to enhance physical well-being
- Participate in hourly rounds to ensure patient needs are met
- Transport patients to and from treatment centers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment
- Keep patient rooms clean and orderly, including making beds
- Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience (3+ years)
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field
