About the Role

Tufts Medicine is seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team. As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures on patients according to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic procedures on assigned patients, adhering to radiological standards and safety protocols.
  • Ensure patient and staff safety by properly operating and maintaining radiology equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest radiologic techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments and staff to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Perform quality control on equipment and devices as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Radiology or related field.
  • Healthcare experience, preferably in radiologic technology.
  • Manual dexterity and fine hand manipulation skills to operate radiology equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
