Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Distribution team at PTSolutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders in your assigned geographic territory (Metro Detroit area). You will be our customers' point of contact for deliveries, requiring a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver product daily to a territory of customers and communicate with the distribution center on delivery status.
  • Load/unload delivery orders and ensure signatures confirming receipt and other appropriate paperwork is completed/provided upon delivery.
  • Communicate with all customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Assist with other projects and duties as needed to support the business.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that can weigh up to 70lbs.
  • Thorough knowledge of the geography and roadways of the assigned territory.
  • Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with and contribute to a customer-focused company.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and interpersonal.
  • Alert and professional appearance.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving a box truck.
  • Distribution delivery experience.
