Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Consulate Health Care. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing quality assurance programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
  • Develop a successful management team by providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by developing and implementing effective quality assurance programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or one to two year related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current, unencumbered, RN State License.
  • Two-to-four-year related experience required.
