Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through tailored therapy programs. Your expertise will help individuals regain mobility, alleviate discomfort, and strengthen their physical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to support client recovery and mobility improvement.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients affected by various conditions.
3. Utilize evidence-based techniques and tools to deliver effective therapy interventions.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
5. Educate clients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercises.
6. Stay informed on the latest research and incorporate findings into practice.
7. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the relevant state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or to be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and departmental training.
