Job Summary:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cardiovascular care to our members in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review cardiac patients and perform cardiology consultations
  • Complete histories and physicals, review cardiac studies, and order diagnostic studies and medications
  • Provide pre-procedure education, write admitting orders, and schedule procedures
  • Collaborate with the Cardiovascular service line and provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of cardiovascular, critical care, or emergency room experience as a PA/NP or minimum of three years in Cardiology as a PA/NP
  • Graduate of ANA-approved Nurse Practitioner or AMA-approved Physician Assistant program or equivalent requirements to meet State licensure
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License (Washington) within six months of hire, Nurse Practitioner National Certificate, and Registered Nurse License (Washington) within six months of hire
