Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behavioral Therapist - Autism Care to join our team at Bridge Behavior Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism reach their full potential.

• Design and implement personalized behavior plans in collaboration with BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Document progress, track data, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with families to provide ongoing support and guidance.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children with autism is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
