- Administer Medications: Safely administer medications prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Provide Personal Care: Assist patients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
- A valid California LVN license
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or a related field (not required)
- Caring and compassionate personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
