Job Summary

As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for high-risk newborns
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Administer medications and perform complex procedures as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
  • Provide education and support to families, empowering them to participate in their baby's care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
  • A valid RN license and current ACLS, CCRN, and STABLE certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and families
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for lifelong learning
