Role Summary: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for individuals facing challenges with speech, language, and communication. Your role will involve creating and executing tailored therapy plans aimed at helping patients reach their communication objectives and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine speech and language impairments.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment strategies for clients across various age groups.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and track patient progress, making adjustments to therapy as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping and outcome reporting.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding techniques to support therapy objectives and advancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in specific settings or with particular populations is advantageous.
