We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Specialty Unit. As a Progressive Care Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a medical telemetry environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the Telemetry Unit.
- Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
- Maintain and review patient records, including posting test results.
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse, with compact licensure accepted.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
