The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in otolaryngology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients. With a competitive salary of $**$250,000 - $350,000 per year**, plus a generous benefits package, you will have the opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Role:
- Work as part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Enjoy a balance between clinic and OR time, with 3-4 days in clinic and 1-2 days in OR.
- Participate in ER call duties, with four ER call days per month, and split coverage of the practice among the team.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Excellent patient care qualities, highly motivated, and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Able to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico.
