Steward Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Steward Supervisor to join our Food Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

• Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities and maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Ensure food production meets safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and evaluate employees, promoting growth, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacement.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate production and delivery of catering events.

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course within the first year.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain emotional control under stress.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
