The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role as a proactive member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that patients, families, and significant others receive personalized, high-quality care.

A. Executes the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking to ensure individualized care and effective partnerships for optimal patient outcomes.
B. Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care that aligns with specific population characteristics (e.g., age, gender, disease) while respecting cultural diversity.

Required Minimum Education
Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s)
Registered Nurse (Single State) required; RN - Multi-state Compact required; Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required.
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in the specified area of practice required.
