UGE Foreman

At MasTec Utility Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UGE Foreman to join our team. As a UGE Foreman, you will be responsible for managing crews to complete daily tasks related to the construction and maintenance of underground power lines.

• Manage and oversee the work of multiple crews to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and work practices.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks for crew members related to digging and placing product.
• Perform switching procedures to isolate and insulate, splice, and terminate underground power lines.
• Provide training and guidance to new hires and trainees.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and general construction.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.

• 6 or more years of experience, including extensive experience supervising and training skilled labor.

This job operates in a field environment and requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing.
