  • Solution Development and Execution: Develop and execute SAP FICO solutions that fulfill business needs and adhere to industry standards.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business partners to collect and evaluate requirements, transforming them into functional and technical documentation.
  • System Setup: Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
  • System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) as well as external systems.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and automation within SAP FICO modules.
  • Support and Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation for SAP FICO solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users and IT personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.

  • At least 10 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing SAP solutions in a complex environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with ABAP programming and debugging is a plus.
