Job Overview:

This role involves providing top-notch customer service and supporting sales efforts in our Apparel department. As a Sales Associate, you will be expected to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by helping customers find what they need and addressing any concerns they may have.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Offer personalized assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and leaving them satisfied with their purchase.
  2. Ensure store appearance is maintained at all times, including tidying up shelves and floors, and reporting any maintenance issues to management.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and gift card redemptions.
