Child Care Specialist

Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Child Care Specialist to provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-6 years in our residential treatment program.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in childcare and a strong understanding of childhood development. They will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, preparing age-appropriate activities, and collaborating with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide childcare and support for children aged 0-6 years
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Strong understanding of childhood development
- Ability to lift packages containing baby/children's items
- Current certificates in CPR and First Aid
