Job Description

TopView Sightseeing is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to provide exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving cocktails and other beverages, while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Bar Preparation: Set up the bar with necessary tools, decorations, condiments, and candles to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Cocktail Service: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages to our guests, using a POS ordering system or order slips.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent overall dining experience for our guests, including presenting menus, answering questions, and up-selling additional products when appropriate.
  • Order Management: Take accurate food and drinks orders, communicate order details to the kitchen staff, and maintain table settings.
  • Customer Service: Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages, address customer service issues, and refer customers to management when necessary.
  • Housekeeping: Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Special Events: Assist with special events as needed, and adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Bartender, with hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information systems.
  • Skillset: Attentiveness and patience with customers, excellent presentation skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, active listening and effective communication skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Availability: Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.

  • Work Environment: Bar and fine dining restaurant settings.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
