Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Aides to provide care and support to individuals with mental health and intellectual disabilities in group residential homes. As a Direct Support Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, providing assistance with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and redirect residents as needed
  • Assist with medication administration and other medical needs
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Physical/TB screening
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • PA State Criminal Background
