Job Summary:
General Provision is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Club Host to join our team. As a Club Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, workspace, and event venues, and ensuring that our unique vision of hospitality is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests, ensuring that their first impression of our club is exceptional.
- Hospitality: Offer outstanding service in our cafe, including beverage and food offerings, and ensure that our members and guests feel valued and cared for.
- Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and provide support with day-to-day needs.
- Operations: Manage the cafe, workspace, and event venues, including cleaning, inventory, and maintenance tasks.
- Event Coordination: Assist with event planning and execution, including setup, coordination, and teardown.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and input data into our systems.
- Feedback: Provide regular feedback to the team on how the space is being used and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 85% of shift.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type written communication in tools like Slack and Word.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
