- Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in medical-surgical nursing

Requirements- Current NJ RN licensure required
- BSN degree preferred
- Additional experience required based on specific department needs
- National Certification preferred
