PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adheres to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Utilizes appropriate cleaning tools, solutions, and equipment.
  • Conducts thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing of furniture, fixtures, appliances, and other surfaces.
  • Employs various cleaning methods such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping within assigned spaces.
  • Implements proper techniques for floor maintenance, including sweeping and mopping.
  • Effectively removes dirt, dust, and grime from all surfaces using suitable cleaning agents.
  • Disposes of waste materials responsibly, ensuring proper segregation of recyclables and regular trash.
  • Replaces trash can liners as needed to maintain cleanliness.
  • Restocks essential supplies in designated areas, including toiletries and cleaning materials.
  • Performs deep cleaning tasks in preparation for new occupants.
  • Follows sanitation protocols in sensitive areas, adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Executes tasks safely and efficiently, employing proper signage and safety measures to prevent accidents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
