Job Summary:

The Registered Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic procedures, including positioning, exposure, and image acquisition
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, including fluoroscopy and computed tomography scanners
  • Assist patients with preparation and positioning for procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging services
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality images and patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT Radiography certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
