We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and promoting health and wellness in our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions, providing personalized guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to promote health and wellness initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical developments, medications, and treatment options, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations, efficient workflow, and high-quality patient care.
- PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacy license in good standing.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
