Job Title: Human Factors Principal Engineer Lead

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join PA Consulting as a Human Factors Principal Engineer Lead in our Boston studio. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the Human Factors Engineering team to support our clients in the medical device industry.

About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Factors Engineer with at least 3-5 years of consulting experience or 6+ years of industry experience. You will have a Bachelor's, MS, or PhD in Human Factors Engineering, HCI, Behavior Sciences, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge and application of relevant HF standards and guidance for medical devices, combination products, and health IT are essential. Experience applying usability engineering processes to medical device development, including usability engineering file development, task analyses, Use-FMEA, formative and summative study planning, moderating, observation, analysis, and reporting, is also required.

What We Offer:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Location:
