About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of RN Supervisor at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of high-quality care to patients and assisting with the analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and communication of processes and programs within the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care.
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to improve the quality and safety of patient care.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational and departmental goals.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required, and two years of clinical patient care experience are necessary. Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor is highly desirable.

Compensation Package

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
