Job Summary:

TPM is seeking a skilled Sign and Graphics Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation of various graphics and signs with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install large vinyl wraps on vehicles, including box trucks, cargo trailers, and buses.
  • Install panels on standoffs, projecting hardware, and wire suspension systems.
  • Install digital printed wallpaper with paste.
  • Install etched film on glass conference rooms and doors.
  • Install standoff lettering either stud mount or taped.
  • Remove vinyl graphics and adhesive from various surfaces without causing damage.
  • Use knives to ensure precise and straight cuts to vinyl on surfaces, seams, windows, hinges, and door handles.
  • Ensure vinyl is precisely wrapped around corners, bumpers, and other edges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping, emptying trash, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and fostering a positive company culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent hand-eye-foot coordination and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Wallpaper installation experience is a plus.
  • Carpentry experience is a plus.
Work Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Use of 15' ladders and scaffolding.
  • Frequent slouching, climbing, balancing, heights, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.
  • Occasional sitting, pushing, pulling, and standing.
  • Occasional out-of-town projects requiring overnight stays.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
