Escrow Officer

PrideStaff is seeking an accomplished Escrow Officer to join their team of legal, title and escrow professionals. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to do work that has a positive impact on individuals, families and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from beginning to end, including disbursements and recordings.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Understand requirements to clear title in preparation for closing.
- Complete checklists and assemble, prepare and review documents for residential and commercial closings.
- Perform closings in accordance with company standards.
- Assemble and review recording packages.
- Verify and disburse closing funds.
- Assemble closing binder and distribute to parties once closing is complete.
- Assist legal department when necessary.
Requirements:
- Exemplary attention to detail and relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with project management and escrow and title processing software such as RamQuest, QuickBooks and other software.
- Bachelor's degree; escrow experience a plus and paralegal certification a plus.
- Minimum two years' experience overseeing the real estate closing process, preferably as an escrow assistant or escrow officer.
Compensation:
Up to $60,000 per year
