About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Central Texas. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of K12 and mixed commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure project compliance.
  • Create and oversee punch lists to ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections.
  • Identify and communicate issues to the construction team to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in mixed commercial and K12 projects.
  • Proven team management experience with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage all aspects of commercial projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability.
  • Collaboration with other project managers and the team to develop, refine, and update project schedules.
