Nurse Residency Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as part of our Nurse Residency Program. This is an exciting opportunity for new graduates to transition into their clinical roles and build their confidence in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, safe care.
- Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Our Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide new graduates with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their clinical roles. The program includes monthly educational seminars, completion of an evidence-based practice project, and ongoing supervised training and educational opportunities.
Qualifications:- Graduate of a Diploma, ASN, or BSN program within the last 12 months.
- Less than one year of nursing experience in a non-acute or acute care setting.
- PA Temporary Practice Permit or PA RN License.
- BLS certification.
