**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented candidate to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or business and at least five years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a healthcare setting. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sourcing activities for physicians and allied health professionals.
  • Contact prospective candidates to acquaint them with the Arnot Health organization and practice opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate databases to facilitate timely and effective responses to candidates.
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting strategies to maximize positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment advertising, promotions, and marketing literature.
  • Attend job fairs, professional meetings, and residency events as necessary.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business.
  • At least five years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

**Compensation and Benefits**

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
