Mixology Specialist

Manny's Parkside is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. This part-time position is available for second and third shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons.
• Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations accordingly.
• Utilize restaurant POS software to manage orders and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
• Stand for extended periods and move quickly to meet the demands of a fast-paced bar environment.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant training or certification preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
