Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Competencies
- Engage with program stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead software development efforts to address complex project requirements.
- Oversee project design and execution, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Supervise team members and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
- Manage all facets of a multifaceted program, including budget and compliance oversight.
- Handle recruitment, performance evaluations, and personnel management.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders.
Salesforce Expertise
- Facilitate Salesforce implementation, offering strategic direction to development teams.
- Utilize both configuration and custom development techniques to create effective solutions.
- Enhance the Salesforce ecosystem through technical proficiency across various products.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and development guidelines.
- Meet project deadlines for engineering, design, and coding deliverables.
- Conduct necessary testing to validate solutions.
- Adopt Agile methodologies in project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education - Required
- US Citizenship - Required
- Salesforce Certifications - Required
- Experience in Program or Project Management - Required
- Experience with MuleSoft - Preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
Technical Skills:
- Experience with MuleSoft - Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Skype/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require occasional physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include the ability to see close and far distances, as well as color and depth perception.
